Free advice for new inventors

CIPA is pleased to refresh its IP Clinics service, offering inventors, individuals, and small businesses 45 minutes of free basic IP advice from a qualified patent attorney. This service complements the UK Intellectual Property Office’s range of online guidance and support tools for SMEs.

What is the IP Clinic?

The IP Clinics are designed as a public service to offer valuable guidance during the 45-minute consultation. While there’s no obligation, a future commercial relationship with the patent attorney is possible if further assistance is needed.

How to book

To schedule an appointment, simply select a date and time using the calendar system below (via Calendly). After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and meeting link. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
