CIPA welcomes Government plans to unlock finance for IP-rich businesses

CIPA President Richard Mair has written to Carl Josefsson, President of the Boards of Appeal to propose videoconferencing during the coronavirus pandemic.
CIPA requested that the BoA postpone all in-person opposition Oral Proceedings hearings due to the pandemic and investigate videoconferencing as an alternative where appropriate.
