Responses to the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court consultations

In August 2025, the UPC Committee submitted two responses to consultations by the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Unified Patent Court (‘PMAC’). The responses on the draft arbitration rules and the draft regulatory framework governing the procedures at PMAC were published in the September Journal.
