Enlarged Board of Appeal case G 1/24 (Heated Aerosol) – CIPA’s Amicus Brief

On 15 November 2024, CIPA submitted to the Registry of the Enlarged Board of Appeal at the European Patent Office (‘EPO’) an amicus brief in the proceedings of G1/24 relating to claim interpretation. The Patents Committee would like to thank Richard Lawrence (Fellow) and Greg Corcoran (Fellow) in the preparation of this document.
