We continued in our role as an Official Nominator to Prince William’s prestigious Earthshot Prize.
In partnership with our members, we play a vital role in identifying and championing innovative environmental solutions with the potential to scale globally. Drawing on our experience as a nominator and our member networks, we were able to nominate more than 40 high-impact initiatives aligned with the Prize’s five Earthshots, supporting transformative ideas that address urgent planetary challenges.
In an innovation for 2025, Media and PR Chair Jerry Bridge-Butler, Andrew Sunderland, Chair of our Sustainability Committee and Deputy Chief Executive Neil Lampert met Antonia Nicholls, Innovation Ecosystem Senior Manager at the Earthshot Prize, and agreed to deliver pro bono online IP Health Checks to suitable nominees from the long lists of previous potential finalists.
